    Today I walked into Head Case feeling honestly defeated about my hair after a bad experience elsewhere. What I expected to be a quick blowout turned into something much more meaningful. Brandi and Rissa went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, understood, and cared for. They took the time to truly listen, showed incredible kindness, and made sure I walked out feeling presentable and hopeful about the long process of repairing my hair. As someone navigating post-breast cancer recovery and all the emotional layers that come with it, that compassion meant more than they probably realize. I especially appreciated that they created a calm, safe, drama-free environment and treated me with genuine respect and grace. Sometimes kindness matters just as much as talent, and today I experienced both. Thank you for helping me feel like myself again, even if it’s just the beginning of the journey.

    It was my first visit to Head Case on 5/9/26. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this salon to anyone. It's located around all the action at River Market and it was a beautiful day so the area was hoppin with great vibes! The salon coordinator, Erin, checked me in promptly and got me a mimosa (don't mind if I do!). While I waited, I looked around at all the goodies from a pop-up that was going on, which had some really great vintage bags, some art and earrings, and some body scrubs/soap/lotion that I tried and were just lovely. Megan did my luxury pedi and it was fantastic, and she was just lovely. I especially love the copper bowls that Head Case has for pedicures, because I've read terrible stuff about the classic bubbling basins harboring fungus and bacteria. Head Case makes their own body scrub for a really customized experience and Megan used a wonderful pineapple mix and gave me a stellar foot/calf massage. When I was done, up front, Erin helped me pick out an every day lotion with an SPF that had very little fragrance (a must for me), and checked me out. I even got a couple compliments on my hair cut (not done here) from stylists while I was there, so I felt preeeetty cool. :) I had perfectly cute toes to go do some shopping in River Market. I can't wait to come back and try the Head Spa they offer!

    Michelle was awesome! She listened to what I wanted and offered advice on how to complete the cut. I trusted her and LOVE how my hair turned out. I have not stopped playing with it since I left. She was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend coming here!

    I had such an amazing experience here! Paula completely transformed my hair, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and did an incredible job. Rachel also gave me the most relaxing hand massage while I was there, which made the whole experience feel extra special. Everyone was so welcoming and easy to talk to, and they even gave me a tour of the space. I loved seeing that they have pedicure stations and use natural products for hair and nails. They also offer facials, which I’m excited to try next time. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

    I’ve had the best experiences here the past few years! In the past I’ve gone in for highlights and lightening services and recently I decided to go back to my natural color which was an experience Morty made truly amazing! It was so smooth and she walked me through every step of the process and was transparent of the price I would pay as well. I have a lot of hair and she never fails to make sure she takes the time to get through all of it!!

    Where do I begin? What a wonderful experience. The people were so nice. I met the owner who had originally schedule my appointment. Paula was my stylist and she was fabulous! She listened to my request and did her thing! I love my hair! I will be returning soon!!! I recommend you check them out! They are several different services they offer!
