With over 40 years of experience in the beauty industry, Leah LaSala has been a highly sought after trainer throughout her entire career. She has educated for top salon professional brands and captivated audiences ranging from a thousand attendees to intimate individual sessions. Leah seamlessly adapted to online training during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Leah served as the Director of Training and Development at Beauty Brands Inc. for over 17 years, where she crafted the company's comprehensive education platform. She excels in leadership, training, team building, revenue-building strategies, and business acumen. Leah has successfully owned and managed multiple salon locations, including overseeing districts. She is renowned for her achievements in developing a team of 80 trainers and implementing training for all salon management teams.

Leanna has a true passion for working with curly hair of all textures and has made it her specialty. While curly styles are her focus, any hair type would love having her as their hairstylist thanks to her versatile skills and welcoming approach. Her top priority is ensuring every guest leaves her chair feeling confident, beautiful, and comfortable. She also loves educating clients on the best products and techniques to help them achieve amazing results at home. When she’s not behind the chair, Leanna enjoys spending time with friends and family and caring for her beloved animals, Franklin and Poppy.

With over 6 years of nail experience, I specialize in creating unique and detailed nail art that lets clients express their personal style. I love working with natural enhancements like builder gel, and I’m also passionate about modern techniques such as Gel X extensions. I also provide pedicures to keep clients’ nails stay healthy and polished from hands to feet. Beyond nails, I offer lash services, bringing clients a polished, finished look from tips to lashes. My goal is always to combine creativity with care, giving every client an experience that feels both personalized and professional.

La Karen is a licensed cosmetologist with over 28 years of hands-on experience in the beauty industry. As a master color artist, she specializes in balayage, highlights, and vibrant, custom color techniques that bring each client’s unique style to life. Her expertise extends to precision haircuts and styling for men and women of all hair textures. Passionate about creating standout looks that reflect individuality, La Karen is driven by the joy of helping her clients feel confident, beautiful, and truly seen.

With over 25 years in the beauty industry, this seasoned esthetician specializes in full-body and Brazilian waxing, dermaplaning, and results-driven facials. Known for her professionalism and personalized care, she ensures every client feels comfortable and valued. After successfully running her own business, she’s excited to return to a team environment, bringing her passion, efficiency, and respect for clients’ time. Based in downtown Kansas City, she enjoys traveling, family time, and exploring the local scene.

Josh is passionate about delivering a fun, personalized salon experience backed by expertise and genuine care. He specializes in blonding, lived-in color, and extensions and is known for his thoughtful approach to consultations. He ensures every guest feels heard and confident in their hair journey. 

Josh believes great hair starts with great communication, and he’s committed to helping you achieve your desired look with skill and intention. When he’s not behind the chair, Josh enjoys relaxing at home with his three beloved dogs, Finn, Ollie, and Baby soaking up all the love and cuddles.

Daniela brings 26 years of experience behind the chair, specializing in color, blonding, and grey blending. Known for her expertise with long hair, she has trained all over the United States, gaining diverse skills that allow her to offer something unique to every client. Daniela makes everyone feel comfortable in her chair, becoming a true partner in keeping them looking and feeling their best. Outside the salon, she enjoys hiking with her husband and spending time in nature.
